Katherine co-founded Aldworth & Wren with Edward in 2012, bringing the firm’s Financial Services practice and shaping the Leadership Advisory work that increasingly defines our long-standing client relationships.
She works principally with the boards and CEOs of asset managers, insurers, and private market firms, and is the firm’s most senior practitioner on succession planning engagements — work that often runs over years rather than weeks and that frames the eventual search rather than replacing it.
Before A&W, Katherine spent twelve years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she co-led the European Asset Management practice. She read PPE at Oxford, holds an MBA from INSEAD, and serves as a Non-Executive Director of an investment trust.
