Confidentiality, as a matter of course
Most of our initial conversations are with Chairs, CEOs, or institutional investors thinking ahead about an appointment that has not yet been announced. We treat these conversations with the discretion that the work requires. Nothing said in an initial call is on the record, attributable, or shared beyond the partner concerned unless and until a decision to engage is made.
