Henry leads Aldworth & Wren’s Industrial, Energy and Infrastructure practice. He joined the firm as its third partner in 2015, having spent the previous decade at Egon Zehnder, where he was a senior member of the Energy and Industrial practices.
His client base spans the FTSE 100 and 250 industrial complex — defence, engineering, transport, regulated utilities — and increasingly, the listed and private-equity-backed businesses building out the energy transition. Recent engagements have included three Chair appointments for renewable energy developers and two CEO transitions for regulated network operators.
Henry read Engineering at Imperial College London and worked as a turnaround consultant at McKinsey & Company before moving into executive search. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Engineers.
